About: The Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine

I was refused treatment at the hospital as at the time only Private treatment was being given. It took me over ten years to finally get my appointment with a very good doctor. The appointments department and reception are in total chaos, in my opinion, total lack of care and gross maladministration which leads to untold stress for the patient. Appointment after appointment changed. My doctor changed with no consultation and at reception total lack of communication and spoken to in a manner that is inhuman. This kind of lack of care has nothing to do with funding, it is down to an attitude problem and a situation that is endemic in the NHS, St Marys Hospital is no different.
