Response from Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust

It’s great news that you’re pain free after everything you’ve been through. I’ve shared your comments with the teams you mention.

In case you are interested, our annual staff awards are open to nominations. In light of the fantastic care you describe I thought you might like to make a nomination. If you do, you can do so via our website: http://www.nuh.nhs.uk/nuhonours/. Your nomination would fall under the Surgery division category.

Best wishes,

Michelle Pugh.

Ward manager, D8.
