"Kidney stones and stent"

I have had a stent put in as I have kidney stones have had it now for six weeks have rang every day left numerous messages not once have they answered or called me back I have had to call a different person where I was told that they didn't understand why they won't answer or call me back that they would pass the messages and they would contact me I am in a lot of pain and have had to reduce my working hours I can hardly walk I have been put in contact with the complaint s dept and waiting on a call I am so scared I will end up w kidney damage I feel so upset I am being ignored I wish I could pull the stent out myself you shouldn't have to beg for help really worry I am going to be ignored and will end up more poorly than I was to start with
