"Unhappy with lack of involvement in decisions"

About: Barnet General Hospital

I attended the dermatology department and do not feel I was involved in the decision making process about my treatment.

I would applaud the timely and thorough way in which the nurse has subsequently attempted to address my concerns about the treatment but unfortunately their communication has not been able to strike at the heart or address the underlying issue which is that I did not feel in any way involved in the consultant's decision.
