"Overall good service"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

My visit to Urgent care centre was overall a good expierence. I was treated well and the waiting time was only about 40min on midday. So not bad at all. Unfortunately that was spoiled at the end when a doctor refused to write me a fit note, sending me to GP. So I had to envolve even more NHS staff and resources for no reason. Mixed feelings...

Many thanks for the feedback, which we will share with the team at the New QEII's urgent care centre.

There may be a good reason why you had to go to your GP for a fit note, which we would like to get followed up for you - if you would like that to happen, then just email us at generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net
