I attended the Dermatology Department today (Weds 1/6/16 at 9am) for a review appointment to find that it had been cancelled.
I had not been notified of this.
The receptionist appreciated my frustration and realised that I would run out of medication before the next appointment.
They phoned the records department to get my notes pulled and then went and got them.
They got the Doctor to look over them and then brought me out the repeat prescription.
They were amazing and walked the extra mile for me.
I am grateful for what they did.
Please thank them for me.
