"Excellent care and a wonderful team"

I came in for a minor operation to straighten my nose today, having been through a&e two weeks ago and assessed by a ENT Doctor a week later. Although there were was some admin/communication confusion and inefficiencies with planned care (something for senior managers in charge of systems to look at), the care I received from the medical team was excellent - at all stages. I could see they were busy and working hard but they remained professional, compassionate, diligent and really friendly. Other than their knowledge and expertise, they all had great interpersonal skills and gave me the impression I was being well looked after by a wonderful, dedicated team. Thank you!
