"Knee injury after bike accident"

About: Bodmin Community Hospital

After a nasty fall on the Camel Trail, I was treated by an extremely lovely nurse, who communicated in a friendly and adult manner, realising that I am a sensible women who had had an accident and was capable of taking advice. The nurse cleaned and dressed the wound and gave advice on how to clean it better the next day by soaking the grit and dirt out.

There was humour along with care and the whole experience was pleasant(as could be in the circumstances) and efficient. The waiting room was also very pleasant and full of nice people too, who chatted and laughed - not like my London local hospital at all!

Please pass on my thanks to all staff, particularly the nurse involved.
