All the staff I met at reception, the pharmacy and in clinical settings were friendly and helpful, gave me clear information, were happy to answer my questions and did their best to put me at ease.

The waiting area and treatment room were tidy and clean. Booking in and arranging follow up was efficient and I was seen on time.
