"Jervaulx ward and care of my father"

My 82-year old father was recently on Jervaulx ward for a few weeks having fallen more recently due to Parkinson's disease. Just to say how impressed we were with his care.

Clearly the ward was very busy with numerous elderly people but all the staff we encountered were very patient and treated patients with care and dignity. In terms of arranging his discharge into a care home we were also impressed by their communication and involvement of all in the plans going forwards - and the way that his best interests had been considered as an individual.
