noted excellent info re chemotherapy - very helpful and also the info on a poster stating the process of getting the actual treatment.

It is so complicated ie looking at bood results, pharmacy review, etc.

No wonder it takes so long.

What it should also say, be prepared to wait.

Bring your tablet, smart phone to make use of free wi fir and your picnic pack or that book you keep meaning to read.

Personally, I use this time to catch up with people.

staff as usual good.

I note someone in another review about a member of the public shouting at a member of staff .

I too sometimes get so frustrated I stamp my feet and swear to my self.

I hope I have never offended a member of staff and if I said I was truly sorry would that be enough? Surly if I was actually shouting, that is abuse is it not? Staff should never have to put up with that and the person should the police not be called to be removed from the premises and if appropriate prosecuted
