"Great staff and support throughout stay"

My 92year old father was admitted into Basildon end 2015 and April 2016. Both times via A&E. We had a few hour wait before getting into majors/minors but once there the staff were great. Explaining what and why they were doing tests etc. taking time to explain slowly and in simple language for my father to understand. Cubicles/beds were clean and tidy and eventually he was admitted onto a ward. Again staff were really helpful and professional. Luckily stay was only a few days each time. Thank you to all staff and doctors for your hard and under appreciated work.
