What I liked
I had an appointment at the radiology clinic on Tuesday 2nd March 2010. I actually went in to see the radiographer about 10 minutes after my appointment which, considering it was after 5pm, was very good.
The radiographer was excellent - they were polite and very informative and kept me advised of exactly what would happen. They also gave me feedback on their findings and told me when the full results would be with my GP. I honestly cannot rate them highly enough and would like to express my thanks to them.
What could be improved
Nothing - I was seen wihtin a good time frame and treated extremely well.
Anything else?
I would like my comments to be forwarded to the member of staff concerned [unfortunately I cannot remember their name] as I am acutely aware that most people are happy to complain but few take the time to praise staff where appropriate.
