"The involvement and recovery meetings at The Peaks Unit Rampton Hospital"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a staff member),

It was fantastic to see so many patients and staff attend this event. They worked together working through the distress signature booklets and sharing general experiences when individuals feel safe and okay. We were all moved by a personal journey story that had been recorded and edited by a patient in the DiGi DBT project. This is what involvement is all about.

Thank you very much to you all for taking the time to share your feedback and experience of the care you witnessed on the The Peaks Unit here at Rampton Hospital.

It is very rewarding for us to recieve such positive feedback as we are working hard to transform patient ideas and to host meaningful recovery focused events.

I was very proud to hear the patient's recovery journey that had been recorded as part of the Digi DBt project group and it was clear how much this inspired the other patients and moved the staff team.

Glad you all enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to the next event!
