"Nothing was too much trouble for the staff"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Gynaecology (Ward 13)

(as the patient),

I was delighted with the care and attention I received in Ward 13 at Wishaw General Hospital earlier this month after prolapse repair surgery. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive and very obliging. I was pain free the whole time I was in the hospital and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The ward was spotless and toilets were cleaned constantly and there was always someone either changing a bed or mopping the floor or just general cleaning all day long.

Dear Beth45,

Many thanks for taking the time to post your comments. I am delighted to hear that your experience within ward 13 was such a positive one. The staff take great pride in the care they deliver and I am sure that they will be very pleased to receive the positive feedback. I hope that you are recovering well after your surgery,

Best Wishes
