"Unacceptable wait and lack of respect"

I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for. My appointment in outpatients.

Only 1 other patient was seen during this time indicating a lack of efficiency. The receptionist was neither helpful or empathetic .There was no communication between the nurse and the receptionist . When

I asked the receptionist to find out how long I would have to wait they refused to do this. I was originally booked to have surgery at Southmead hospital and now sorely regret agreeing to go to Emersons Green treatment Centre. If out patients are treated in such a disrespectful manner how to the staff treat in patients?
