"I had a MRI scab done on the 8/6/09. ..."

What I liked I had a MRI scab done on the 8/6/09. I was told that I would hear in about 2 weeks. It is now Early september & i have just been told again that my report is one of 30 tapes of dication awaiting to be typed. I found out by chance from this phone call that I had a follow up meeting in two days time that I was not aware of. Do you call this "service". The cheif executive should receive this service & see how the "public" are dealt with. What could be improved? Communication & do as you say
