I was dreading this visit to the Elmstead day unit as a previous visit was very stressful, however this time was very different.

The staff were very friendly and despite being rushed off their feet made me feel as If i was the most important person there, the consultant was absolutely wonderful in helping me to stay calm and focused while the procedure was done. Thank you everyone but especially the consultant, their bedside manner is fantastic.
