"Elderly Aunt"

Wow, my elderly aunt was taken by Ambulance to Pilgrims last week. A+E staff not busy as was early weekday morning. She went up for X ray within 15 mins and back within 10 mins. Asked staff if I could get her some water or tea and was told "dont worry thats our job" !

Transfered to Acute cardiac unit - staff are fantastic, friendly, informative and so kind. They work so hard but always have time for a chat with the patients. second day turned up out of visiting hours - no problem, saw her nurse! that knew her, the consultant and ward Sister (?). Had all the time i needed to speak to them, even though doing rounds. Would not hesitate to recommend the hospital and staff in every respect.
