I have been having regular appointments at Aire Court for the last 6 months. At first I was worried that my problems would not be taken seriously, due to past experiences at another location, where I was passed around or discharged despite really needing support. I had also read the negative reviews on this site.

I was worrying unnecessarily, as I have felt completely supported from the moment I was referred to Aire Court.

My first appointment came quickly, and other referrals that have been made were just as swift.

The staff I have come into contact with have all been fantastic. They are knowledgeable and skilled, yet have considered my views in every decision since the start. Everyone including the reception staff are very professional.

The most reassuring thing I have gained is the knowledge that someone is there for me (face to face or over the phone) should I find myself in a difficult place with my mental health.

I would echo what others have said about the telephone service, as there have been days I haven't been able to get through. However, I think the team have been working to rectify this as lately I have had no issues reaching them.

Thank you very much for taking the trouble to post about your experiences. especially to tell us such positive views. Attending a new place can be very scary and as you say, hearing about others peoples difficult expetriences doesn't fill you with confidence.

I will make sure that the team get your feedback as its important for people to hear good news, it really encourages staff.
