"Poor Poor Poor information"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

My Mother who has has a weeping abscess since mid December, (it is June tomorrow) has had no communications with the staff involved, (namely the consultant's secretary), telephone enquiries go unanswered, and it is not unusual to be on the `phone for an hour before anyone answers. Shockingly bad care from our much vaunted NHS!

Disgusted!
