"Excellent care and treatment over bank holiday..."

Having attended minor injuries unit and then sent to the ECC, then moved to the CDU for tests and then onto Invicta ward on Sunday evening, I want to thank every member of staff that supported and cared for me in all these areas. I received an excellent and very efficient service from all departments. All staff were friendly , professional and caring. On the ward it was clear there were some difficult challenges balancing individuals needs, with the overall needs of the ward, but staff responded very professionally and showed great care and provided attention to everyone's welfare . I was very impressed. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone and well done . You are doing an excellent job and provided to me a very excellent service when I needed it.
