"Still waiting!"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

After having a T.O.E test in Jan. 2016, still waiting for a follow up appointment with Cardiology Consultant. I rang the Cardiology department and was told that my test results had not been passed onto the consultant, this was in May 2016. Secretary said I would get a letter, still waiting. To say I am not happy is an understatement, I would just like letter to reasure

me that I have not got lost in the system, never mind an appointment.!!
