What I liked

I was taken to A&E by ambulance after pulling a muscle in my back playing tennis, rendering me unable to move. Once there I was quickly admitted, quickly seen and sent home within 4 hours with the relevant pain killers and good advice on how to manage the problem.

What could be improved

The ambulance took more than an hour and half to arrive, which meant I was stuck on the court in shorts & t-shirt in mid-winter for all this time. When I was placed in the A&E bay, the paramedic let the back of the trolley slip down a notch causing me to scream in agony.
