"Very Efficient"

I visited accident and emergency 19/5 after a referral from a routine eye test at my opticians. There was a foreign body in my eye that needed removing. Coincidentally I was due to visit the hospital for a pre op on that day. The time was tight but the triage managed to get me seen before my appointment so i didn't have to spend all day there. The guys in A&E were not only very competent but also had medicine waiting for me to take immediately and explained whole procedure very quickly to put my mind at rest,. Very well done.
