"Attended A and E following a ..."

What I liked

Attended A and E following a sports injury (Snapped Achillies Tendon) at 10.00 pm. Despite a busy evening, seen diagnosed and given clear information as to procedures. From then on admitted, delt with efficiently and professionally until being discharged the next day.

What could be improved

I know my experienced was short and not due to a major trauma but the service and dedication I recieved from the whole team from start to finish,in my opinion could not be improved.

Anything else?

In all my 50 odd years I had never been in plaster before or on crutches. However, I,m still not sure about the Pink Flourescent Plaster, but that,s another story.
