What I liked

All the staff were so kind and caring. It was a very sad time for us as we had lost our baby, but the staff in the EPU and on Ward F11 G were compassionate, gentle and understanding. Everything was explained to us clearly and the handover of care between staff and departments was excellent. The cleaner came round at least 3 times in the 10 hours I was at the hospital and all beds were changed immediately after patients were discharged. I was very nervous as this was my first experience of being in hospital, but thanks to the excellent care of all the staff it was a very positive experience and all my worries quickly disappeared. Thank you so much Frimley Park for looking after me so well.

What could be improved

More space in the car park, there was a very long queue when we arrived and we couldn't even get to the 15 minute drop off zone. It would be better if the pay stations accepted credit/debit cards as well.
