"Brilliant care from home treatment team , Wiagn"

I just wanted to let you know that I have received brilliant care from the psychiatrist Mr Latif, he really is fantastic, because he listens to me and he gives me options for my treatment, I feel that I’m really involved in my treatment and included in decisions. One thing that could be improved however is the nurses visits, if for example they say that they’re are going to come on ~Monday they sometimes just don’t show up and say they haven’t got time and then will come the day after. I don’t think that’s right, if we make appointments at their G. P we are expected to stick to them or cancel as soon as we can if not, but the nurses don’t seem to care. But Mr Latif does genuinely care, so I just thought he really deserves a mention.
