Worst customer service ever. They barely gave us any eye contact during registration. I came back to reception desk while waiting for doctor and asked them about the nearest police station (as I needed to report the incident). They seemed annoyed as I was interrupting them from gossiping, they answered "I have no idea" and started chatting again. Please note there was no queue and they were both in front of a computer. "Let me check this for you" or "I'm sorry I can't help" don't seem unreasonable answers for FOH staff.
