I do not live in Worcester and feel great sadness for the people of Worcester that have to use this hospital on a regular basis.

The waiting times in A and E were ludicrous and sadly staff treated this as a norm. Hospital management and staff- this is not okay! I was left in great discomfort for hours.

No staff members introduced themselves; have you never heard of the 'hello, my name is' campaign.'

Other patients confidential information was discussed in front of me.

I am not a negative person and consequently wish I could say something positive about my experience; but there really is nothing! The inadequate rating will certainly not improve with this care and attitude.
