"Incorrect appointment time."

About: Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust

(as the patient),

I had an appointment for ENT clinic at 1.40pm at 2.30pm I was aware people were being seen with their appointments after mine, so my husband asked the nurse who made enquires, and told us my appointment had been changed to 3.30, but no letter sent out.

Also the appointments section were too busy to explain why?

When I did see the register they informed me they have lunch from 1.00 to 2.00, and this was happening often. Not good enough!

I contacted PALS in May and still wait for reply, have contacted once by phone but still no answer.

Please look into this as there is obviously something not right.
