"My Brother's after-care."

About: St Bernard's Hospital St Bernard's Hospital / Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team

(as a relative),

My brother has received treatment at home from the Home Treatment team (red) but only for the allowed 6 weeks. He is has made some strides since his assessment back in October 2015 but I am have written seeking some further advice but my letter has gone unanswered by anyone at St. Bernards Hospital. What do I have to do to get someone to at least read my letter?

Tariq Kahn,

Thank you for your response.

I did ring the 0300 number on Tuesday 31st May and spoke to Margaret who also apologised and suggested I re-send my letter for the attention of The Manager, Wolsey Wing. I have now sent my letter together with a covering note and look forward to receiving a reply and help from your team.

Thanks

David.

It's now the 10th of June and still I have not received an acknowledgment let alone a reply to my letters sent 19th May to the Management at St.Bernards seeking advice as to where my Brother can go,if necessary, for private fee paying psychiatric help.

He is now finding it almost impossible to leave his home and I am concerned at the dark thoughts he is having. It seems that after the 6 weeks of home treatment patients are caste adrift.

Dear David

Please call 0300 1234 244 and ask to speak to either of the Lead Nurses for the Red Team at Ealing Home Treatment or Manager Kirt Hunte.

Regards

Tariq
