"Ridiculous"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Firstly you can never call this department or email directly as I have tried for the past 5 years and never have any success.

Therefore if you get an appointment you can not change it, as the main appointments helpline does not do eye appointments.

You have to wait hours to be seen even if you have an appointment.

When I do actually make it through that ordeal, I have the most useless appointment of all time. Each time I have had an appointment the doctor is different, therefore the first 20 mins is me trying to explain the situation. The aftercare is awful. It has been 15 months after my operation and I am let to have my follow up appointment.

Just avoid it if you can.
