On Thursday 26th of May 2016 I met with my consultant on the morning of my operation. The consultant explained everything to me and really put my mind at ease. Thank you for your post regarding your recent patient experience under the care of our Urology Team.

I am so pleased to read that you had everything clearly explained to you by your consultant which helped put you at ease, and that you felt your complete patient experience from start to finish was first class. Thank you also for offering reassurance to other patients who may require a similar procedure as yourself, we really appreciate your feedback, it is extremely important to us.

I will ensure that your comments are highlighted to our Clinical Director for Urology, as well as our Divisional Head Nurse who will both be thrilled to read your feedback and communicate it to all of their team, who work very hard to provide a positive experience for our patients.

I hope this is acceptable and thank you once again for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is invaluable.
