"My dad's recent stay in hospital"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Acute assessment unit Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Elderly medicine Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

My dad, recently spent 2 weeks in FVRH.

He was seen initially in ED, then AAU before being transferred to A11.

All staff, including the ambulance personnel, that dealt with him were very caring, approachable and professional.

A11 nursing staff, with whom we had most contact, were very diligent in their care and they took time to address our questions and concerns.

As a member of staff in FVRH myself I am aware of the potential constraints involved in providing such care and wish to sincerely thank everyone involved.
