"Love and respect"

My dear Mum was treated with so much love and respect. I cannot thank the caring staff enough. The nurses in particular showed her and her relatives so much care and consideration. They hugged us when needed and made us feel so important at such a vulnerable time in our lives. Special thanks to the nurses, consultant and all the staff who looked after us when the noro virus was limiting visiting hours. Thank you so much. Our dear Mum Frances died there with so much love surrounding her. Thank you so much. With love from Susan, John and Family xx
