"Successful trip to A&E"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

After a good day out walking my 13 yr old fell and landed quite badly on her ankle. Upon arrival at A&E we thought we were going to be hours. Within 30 minutes we had been seen, had a possible diagnosis and had an X-ray done. The hospital looked clean and organised. All the staff were very polite, professional and kind especially the nurse practitioner in urgent care. All in all we were out within the hour. Not a bad experience at all for a warm Saturday afternoon.
