"Arthroscopy day care op"

I recently attended St. Albans hospital for key hole surgery on my right knee.

I had an afternoon slot and was very efficiently and politely guided from reception to the pre-op ward. Staff always kept me fully informed about what was going to happen.

I was amazed at how professional and courteous they were. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they constantly reviewed and updated their proposed schedule with me.

I felt as though my care was very important to them and before I knew it the job was all done and I was going home by early evening.

The staff demonstrated excellent teamwork and professionalism and I could not fault in any way their performance. Very well done and thank you.
