I had to have a minor procedure today at the Whitehead Clinic.

I was seen very promptly even though I was the last appointment of the day I think.

The receptionist team were really cheerful and welcoming, and the whole process was well organised. The consultant and their team explained every part of the process and took each stage with care, ensuring I was OK, and happy. The nurses holding my hands were lovely and chatted to distract me from the painful parts, but never once made me feel I was being a wimp ! I could not have been treated better, and I am very pleased I chose Maidstone Hospital for this procedure. Thanks to all !
