"Fantastic care"

About: Westmorland General Hospital

Admission to day ward, very professional. Dedicated nurse a nice idea. Kept informed of any delays. Consultant explained exactly what would happen. Handover from ward to theatre staff done in a caring considerate manner. Theatre staff put me at ease and again kept telling me what was happening and reassuring. Will always recommend this unit, everything a hospital should be from consultant to cleaners, staff fantastic if only other hospitals were as good.
