"caring staff"

My mother was admitted to the hospital as an emergency case.

I had read the negative reviews so was a bit concerned, but have found every thing to be excellent.

The staff on the wards are patient and caring and the professionals are taking trouble to keep us informed of progress and decisions.

The building itself is well-designed and spacious and the individual gardens provide a welcome retreat.

The only negative is the distance from the carpark to the ward which is too far for my elderly father to manage.
