At first wasn't very happy that I couldn't go beyond reception with my daughter but she was in safe hands. Staff lovely and supportive at a point where if I'm honest the decision could still have gone either way. Felt even at this late stage she would have been supported whatever her decision. Felt she had the best care and hope you liked the flowers.
