What I liked
As a retired nurse I would like to thank the staff at theBreast Screening unit, for their impeccable service. I had my 1st mammogram & 10days later received a follow-up letter recalling me for further tests because a 'smudge'had been detected. I saw a specialist nurse, who showed me the x-ray. Then a radiographer took more films. I was seen by a dr who examined me & did an ultrasound.
After all this wonderful care, I was given the all clear. What a relief!! Thanks to you all, if only evert dept could be like yours.
What could be improved
A drinks machine.
Anything else?
Pretty coloured dressing gowns when having x-rays & going to see Dr.
