"General Office Receptionist Incredibly Rude"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

On 23rd May at 4.30pm I had to go to the General Office.

Whilst in the queue I had no option but to listen to someone else be served.

It was very hard to listen to. The receptionist spoke to the customer as if she was stupid and an inconvenience.

The customer was upset about parking charges, to the point of being close to tears.

The receptionist was extremely cold and passive aggressive, with exaggerated nonchalance. in their attitude towards her.

Unbelievably unprofessional, specially considering that they are employed by a publicly funded hospital.

i would have thought that basic compassion was the least that could be expected.

The customer said she would complain and the receptionist made a point of spelling their name out, they then smiled.

Telling that the only time they smiled was when it was meant to cause offence.

I also said I would complain but the receptionist was clearly unmoved by either of us.
