"Colonoscopy"

I had an appointment for a Colonoscopy.Although I arrived early, I didn't have to wait at all.

The Endoscopy Unit staff were pleasant, friendly, professional and polite.I was explained everything very well.Everybody had a smile and a nice word, which I find to be very important when you are a patient and in a vulnerable situation.

I would like to say thank you to the team who looked after me.They made the procedure a lot easier then I expected.They helped me through it and after in the Recovery area.

Yes, I would recommend the clinic to a friend or to family.
