rude staff in A&E,no eye contact and poor listening whilst i was in pain from colles fracture after fall. waited a few hours before seen by dr who started arguing with me when i told them they did not come out to call my name as i missed my turn earlier. they showed no empathy. after surgery i discharged myself in 2 days to return 3 weeks later. my medical notes had been documented incorrectly by a month an displaced. the registrar i saw communicated very poorly and did not explain anything...by the time i insisted my cast and k-wire should be removed, my hand had changed colour and sensation was fading.long story short once cast came off my hand does not function well and recovery is very slow..
