"not happy with my gp's diagnosis - bolton "

About: Salford Royal

(as the patient),

I went to see my gp with symptoms of bells palsy and grande mal seizures! got told it wasnt epilepsy i just needed to exercise more/diet and lose wait, (i was on gabapentin which put the excess weight on, when i stopped them i lost 4st 8lbs in 6 weeks) then the cure for bells palsy was to cook and prepare a nice healthy meal for my family and i. Hmm i always thought it was steroids that was the treatment!! that evening i went to salford royal hospital (hope) in a&e.

my care there was A++++++ they even paid attention to detail with the grande mal seizures thanks to all the staff.
