"Consistently good"

I transferred to this clinic a few years ago after receiving poor treatment at Clerklands Surgery.

Initially I found some reception staff to be rude at times and the booking process more lengthy and time consuming than Clerklands.

However both these issues have got much better.

I do not mind coming early in the morning to get an appointment if I need to, and the phone wait times have massively reduced.

The staff have also improved in there approach and incidents of sarcasm and unhelpfulness have almost disappeared on reception which is good news.

Reception staff should continue to be helpful, to listen and not mind explaining and repeating things to patients.

The doctors at this surgery have always treated me very well and I have felt looked after and cared for.

One or two times I have felt rushed but I understand doctors are busy.

Generally I would say that I recommend this surgery.
