"poor communications"

Appointment for 11;40 am on Wednesday 25th May 2016.Checked with reception at 12noon when I was likely to be seen .I was told that there was one person before me being seen and I would be next. I was eventually called at 12;30.Nobody had the courtesy to tell me that there would be a delay-I was left to stew getting more and more frustrated when this could have been averted with a simple explanation.I was left with the feeling that there was no consideration for the patient.So unnecessary.
