Big thank you to all the staff on both Elmwood ward and Bearwood ward for looking after my 3 year old when she was unwell. Every member of staff we saw were all extremely kind and caring. We couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you so much!

Thank you very much for taking the trouble to give us your feedback.
I am very pleased to hear that the staff on our Children's Unit looked after your little girl so well.
I hope that she is now fully recovered and that she will be happy to come back and see us in the future if she needs to.
I will pass your kind comments on to the staff on Elmwood and Bearwood Wards.
It means a lot to them to get this kind of feedback - and is has fewer calories than chocolates!
